    • Organization data such as company name, logos, images, and branding materials uploaded to the image bank and career sites.
    • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and usage patterns collected automatically.
    • Tracking data from integrated advertising platforms (see the tracking pixels section below).

    How We Use Your Information

    We use the information we collect to:

    • Provide, maintain, and improve our services and platform features.
    • Manage job applications and candidate communication via our recruitment tool (Attractify Hire™).
    • Generate and publish career sites and job landing pages.
    • Create and manage recruitment campaigns and advertisements.
    • Produce analyses and reports such as Digital Talent Index™ and AI Talent Reputation™.
    • Communicate with you about your account and our services.
    • Ensure the security and integrity of our platform.

    • Snapchat Pixel – for ad optimization on Snapchat.

    These tracking pixels are installed on the customer's career sites and are subject to each platform's own privacy policies. The customer is responsible for informing their visitors about which pixels are active.

    Candidate Data and Job Applications

    When candidates apply for positions via our career sites or landing pages, the following data is collected and stored:

    • Personal information (name, email, phone number).
    • CV files uploaded with the application.
    • Cover letters and responses to custom application questions.
    • LinkedIn profile information (if the candidate chooses to share this).
    • Application source and status throughout the recruitment process.

    Candidate data is stored securely and is accessible to the organization that published the position. The organization is the data controller for candidate data collected via their career sites.

    File Storage and Images

    We store files and images uploaded by users, including:

    • Company logos and branding materials.
    • Images for career sites, the image bank, and advertisements.
    • CV files from job applications.
    • Cover images and videos for career sites and landing pages.

    All files are stored securely in cloud-based infrastructure with encryption and access controls.

    Data Storage and Security

    All data is stored in secure cloud-based infrastructure. We apply industry-standard security measures, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, role-based and organization-based access controls, and regular security monitoring. Access to the platform is restricted to invited users and governed by role and organization-based permissions.

    Third-Party Services

    We may share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform and conducting our business. This includes cloud storage services, email providers, and advertising platforms. These parties are obligated to keep your information confidential and use it only for the purposes we specify, in accordance with our data processing agreements.

    Your Rights
