Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Attractify's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Access to the platform is granted exclusively via invitation – self-registration is not available.

Description of Services

Attractify provides a platform for talent attraction and employer branding. The services include:

Digital Talent Index™ – analysis, report, and scoring of career sites.
AI Talent Reputation™ – analysis of candidates' perception of you as an employer & your employer brand via AI tools.
Career Sites – creation and publication of customized career sites with job listings.
Landing Pages – dedicated pages for specific positions and campaigns.
Attractify Hire™ – management of job applications and candidates.
Campaign Management – creation and management of recruitment campaigns.
Ad Management – generation and publishing of job advertisements across multiple platforms.
Tracking and Analytics – integration with advertising platforms and analytics tools.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

Access and Invitation

Access to Attractify's platform is granted exclusively via invitation from an administrator. Accounts created without a valid invitation or organization affiliation may be removed automatically. Each user is assigned a role and linked to an organization that determines which features and data are accessible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Attractify is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account.

Candidate Data and Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for all candidate data collected via your career sites, landing pages, and recruitment tools (Attractify Hire™). This includes ensuring you have a legal basis for processing candidates' personal data, informing candidates about how their data is processed, and handling requests from candidates for access, correction, or deletion of their data in accordance with GDPR.

Career Sites and Published Content

You are responsible for all content published on your career sites and landing pages via our platform, including job advertisements, company descriptions, images, and videos. You warrant that you have the right to use and publish all materials. Attractify reserves the right to remove content that violates applicable law or these terms.

Pricing and Payment

Attractify offers various packages including module-based solutions where you can customize your subscription according to your needs. Subscription fees are billed according to the agreed interval. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to Digital Talent Index™, AI Talent Reputation™, the Attractified™ certification, and all associated trademarks, are owned by Attractify and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Attractify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Data associated with your account may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
